Make something special for your Mom on Mother’s Day!

Those who like treating their mothers out on Mother’s Day for dinner or brunch know how hard it is to get seats. Bookings need to be made months in advance. Do things differently this year, try stirring something up at home! The best menu can include a starter of raspberry vinaigrette salad with slices of grapefruit, walnuts and some lettuce, moving on to a lovely main course of ham and cheese filled chicken breast along with some delicious rice pilaf. On top of it all, you can also opt for online cake delivery in Abu Dhabi.

Here are the recipes for the whole menu:

Packet of ready-to-serve salad
Mild cooking oil
Apple cider vinegar
Slices of grapefruit
Honey baked ham
Baked chicken breasts
Provolone cheese
Cream of chicken soup
Chicken broth
Frozen peas, onions

For the salad:
This is an extremely easy to pull off salad and children can easily fix it up. What you need to do is mix ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar, ½ cup of cooking oil, 4 to 6 ounces of raspberries together and keep this mixture at a side. Right before serving this exquisite salad, toss the dressing with the lettuce and arrange a few slices of grapefruit over it. Top it off with walnuts and your salad is ready to be eaten!

For the main course:
Your mom is surely going to burst with pride when you serve this amazing chicken dish. The salty ham together with the amazing cheese adds to the taste of the chicken. The best part is that it does not take too long to be prepared as the chicken breasts are already cooked. All you need to do is stuff a slice of cheese and one of ham into the pockets cut into the breast. Wrap up the breasts in foil and place them in a preheated oven at 350-degree F. Let it bake until well done. Serve it hot and make mom proud. Visit for more information.
